Worship Committee

Through word, music, prayer, silence, conversation, and action, we connect with the Divine, with each other, and with ourselves. AMC's worship committee does the big picture planning for our corporate worship gatherings each year, creating such spaces of connection.

Worship and Visual Arts

We believe that the visual arts enrich our worship and serve as a window into the Divine. Attention is given to the changing seasons of the year, including church seasons. Visual art within our space captures the deep themes of peace, community, and creation, inviting us to pause, reflect, and experience God's grace in new and imaginative ways. Whether reflecting the anticipation of Advent or the communal joy of outdoor Wild Church engaging all of our senses, our artistic expressions enrich our gathered worship and deepen our shared spiritual journey.

Ushers/Greeters

Welcoming faces meet the congregation as they enter the sanctuary. Often in the background of the service, they are ready to answer your questions and help you in any way.

Sound System Operation

Without this team we would be lost as no one would hear us and the Zoom link would not work! Their contribution includes the use of microphones, visuals, sorting things out when they do not function properly, and including Zoom participants as a regular part of the worship experience.
